Dr. Gerhard Holtmeier, Chairman of the Board
Dr. Gerhard Holtmeier was elected Chairman of the German "Initiativkreis Erdgas als Kraftstoff Deutschland e.V", an initiative promoting the use of natural gas as a fuel, in autumn 2007. In 2009 it was renamend as "erdgas mobil e.V." and Dr. Holtmeier became Chairman of the supervisory board. "erdgas mobil e. V." represents major German gas companies. In his role as representative of "erdgas mobil" in the Board of NGVA Europe, Gerhard Holtmeier was elected NGVA Europe Chairman during the annual meeting of the members, held in Bologna, Italy, on June 19th 2012.Dr. Holtmeier is also Member of the Board of Thüga AG since 01.11.2010. The Thüga AG is minority shareholder of more than 100 German energy and water supply companies. Before he was a Member of the Board of VNG - Verbundnetz Gas Aktiengesellschaft and in charge of the Gas Sales and Technical Affairs department (from July 2007 until December 2009). VNG is an international group of companies headquartered in Leipzig, Germany, and a reliable supplier of natural gas from Norwegian, Russian and other sources to major users and municipal distributors in Germany and Europe. Today, VNG is Germany's third largest gas importer and ranks among Europe's top ten.
Previously he had worked for Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie KGaA, Cologne/ Germany (investment banking - energy/public sector) for 7 years. He started his career at E.ON Ruhrgas AG (Essen/Germany) in 1992 and is a lawyer by profession.
Charlotte Hubert, Vice-Chairwoman of the Board
Charlotte Hubert is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of GNVERT, the GDF SUEZ cross-Group sustainable mobility operator carrying out activities of sustainable mobility focusing on providing a wide range of solutions including the design, building, financing, operation and maintenance of refueling stations and the distribution and sale of Compressed Natural Gas, Biomethane, LNG, LBG, Hythane and other green or renewable transportation fuels.

Prior to joining the group in 1998, she held successive Senior International Legal and M and A positions in France and abroad for INBEV, France Telecom and Elf Atochem. Charlotte Hubert has a postgraduate international law diploma from the Paris II University and is a lawyer by profession.
Hans Wach, Secretary of the Board
Hans Wach is the General Manager of Gasverbund Mittelland AG (since April 2001), one of the 3 major regional gas suppliers in Switzerland, and in a second function General Manager of "gasmobil AG" (founded in2002). After finishing his studies as process engineer at the ETH (Federal Institute of Technologie), Zurich, in 1982, he was in charge of several engineering and technical functions first at Ciba-Geigy, Basel, later at Novartis. In his last job at Novartis he was the responsible manager for energy supply and services for all Novartis sites in Basel."Gasmobil AG" is the national company and platform of the Swiss Gas Industry for the NGV-development in Switzerland. Gasmobil operates as a competence and coordination centre for NGV development in cooperation with market partners and government administrations. Gasmobil also promotes natural gas and biomethane as a combined vehicle fuel in the transportation sector. Main shareholders of "gasmobil" are the three major regional gas suppliers Erdgas Ostschweiz AG, Gasverbund Mittelland AG and GAZNAT SA. Furthermore the two Swiss associations for natural gas VSG and SVGW participate in the management of gasmobil.
