the General Meeting

The by-laws of NGVA Europe call for an annual General Meeting (GM) of the members. This meeting, usually held during the second quarter of each year, has to review presented financial statements, decide on Board recommendations to the GM, including proposed changes of the association by-laws and arrange required elections of The Officers (Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary).

GM 16th June 2009

NGVA Euroe's last General Meeting held on 16th June 2009 in Madrid

The General Manager of the Association, other staff members, board officers, the coordinators of various NGVA Europe Working Groups or the Chairman of the Country Representatives Committee (CRC) will also normally use this opportunity to present brief reports on activities during the past year and conclusions made.

A more detailed discussion of the contents of these reports can either be made ahead of the GM, or during the annual conference usually arranged in the days following the GM.

An extraordinary GM will be arranged if requested by a sufficiently large number of members (for further details please refer to the association by-laws).
