Statistical information on the European and Worldwide NGV status

NGVA Europe maintains a continuously updated statistical database where information is stored about NGV fleets, total car market fleets, NGV refuelling stations, NGV fuel use, and NG retail fuel pricing. The data are split by country. Stored data are gathered in cooperation with the GVR (Gas Vehicles Report). We take the main responsibility for the gathering of European information and the GVR does the same thing for information from other markets (but all data are shared between us). All data provided by NGVA Europe is collected by the Country Representatives Committee (CRC) via reports from the respective countries and will be updated twice a year at set regular intervals from all markets.

A European map of filling stations with a routeing function is currently under development. But the GasHighWay project already provides a map of CNG filling stations and biomethane upgrading units for some EU countries, incl. Sweden, Finland, Baltic States, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria and Italy. See map of existing gas filling stations in GasHighWay participating countries here!
