How to join

In order to join NGVA Europe you will only have to download and fill out the Application Form below. The annual member fees are based on annual sales turnover/income budget and correspond to the Fee Structure 2013. There are different ways of sending us the filled out Application Form:

3. Send back to NGVA Europe as fax: +34 913 252 421

Note: The membership lasts for the entire calendar year where the membership becomes effective. Members joining during the year should pay the annual amount due according to the corresponding member level. In principle, pro rata contributions are only possible for late applications submitted during the second half of the year. The annual membership will be automatically renewed for the next year, unless it is cancelled by November 30th of the current year. Industrial companies or any commercial enterprise shall only apply for level A to E. Level F is only offered for private persons or very small businesses (like self-dependent consultants). For details please refer to the Fee Structure below.

Level A - 15,068 €

Level B - 12,054 €

Level C - 7,534 €

Level D - 4,520 €

        Level E+ - 2.563 €*

        Level E - 1,589 €

Level F - 400 €

* The categoriy E+ only applies for fleet operators, category E can also apply for fleet operators, where the fee is measured by the number of NGVs in service:
o Fleets with up to 50 NGVs. E category, 1.550 € annual fee.
o Fleets with more than 50 NGVs. E+ category, 2.500 € annual fee.
